Joining me on this episode of Everyday Awesome are my friends Ginny and Mike. They are a couple of 20 years who have created a marriage that is raw, real, lasting, and passionate. Mike is the President of Mareno Land Management and he is the founder of Create the Magnificent Life, business and relationship coaching. Ginny is celebrating over 30 years in the hospitality industry at the director level for companies including Hilton and Virgin. She and Mike have a passion for helping others level up their relationships as they have seen their fair share of challenges throughout their own. 


We discuss how they have overcome the bumps in their relationship, how they stay connected, and how they have created an extraordinary relationship in spite of life’s challenges. While relationships and marriages take work, the love, bond, and support that results from the work is more than worth it.
