Pick Your Tribe Wisely

Ep. 81
Who do you want to become? There’s a saying that we are the average of the top 5 people we spend the majority of our time with - are those people in your life serving you and your goals? In this solo episode, I am giving an update on my life and my recent thoughts about the importance of who we surround ourselves with. If you have anyone in your life - or on your social media feed - that doesn’t make you feel supported, loved, and inspired, then they are not worth your time or energy. The people who produce the podcasts we listen to, post the social media content that we consume, and write the books that we read, are all people who play a part in our personal growth journey.Throughout this episode, I am talking about my incredible tribe of people that I have in my life, the different ways I have met them, and the pivotal ways they have changed my life. I also give some book recommendations for those of you that are looking for a new read.Tune in to Episode 81 and learn why it’s so important to pick your tribe wisely! In This Episode, You Will Learn:What I’ve been doing to feel more present and aware (2:05)Why I am so grateful for my tribe (3:40)That you don’t have to agree with everyone you are friends with (14:32)Different ways - big and small - that you can take action towards personal growth (19:00)To create the life that you want to live (28:25)Resources Mentioned:Book - You Can Heal Your Life by Louis HayBook - Chasm: A Deep Journey into Meaning & WholenessBook - The Trophy Effect: Destroying Self Doubt, Discovering Your True Self, and Taking Control of Your Life ForeverBook - If The Tomb Is EmptyBook - Rituals of the SoulBook - Life ForceLet’s Connect!Email: coachnicolewindley@gmail.comLinkedInFacebook
