Begin Rebuilding Your Health with Betsy Vedder

Ep. 64

What are the ways that you live a healthy lifestyle? In a society that promotes hustle culture and countless fad diets, it’s time to take a closer look at how healthy your habits truly are.

In this episode, I am so excited to be joined by Betsy Vedder, an amazing woman who I met through the power of social media. When Betsy became a mother, she wanted to provide the healthiest life for her children and, in turn, began to uncover how she wasn’t accurately understanding what ‘healthy’ meant. Since then, Betsy has transitioned her work to being a lifestyle educator where she walks people through a 12-week program to help them improve their health in all areas. So many of us have been told inaccurate facts about how to live healthily and Betsy is on a mission to provide people the tools to get their health back on track.
