After a month off of creating podcast episodes, I am back! Believe It Achieve It has been revamped and is ready for another incredible season of episodes.
In this episode, I am giving a full life update. I explain the purpose behind my month off of podcasting, a recent post that I got a lot of feedback on, how to train your emotional fitness, takeaways from my 45-day challenge, and more.
As you probably know from my previous episodes, I am someone who walks through life with positivity and excitement. Although I intentionally put a smile on my face every morning, some days are harder than others to keep the smile going. I’ve learned that it’s okay to not be okay every day and the power of giving yourself grace for the days that are harder. As long as we all are continuing to strengthen our emotional fitness and work on our mind, soul, and body, we are making progress.
