Back & Better Than Ever!

Ep. 58

After a month off of creating podcast episodes, I am back! Believe It Achieve It has been revamped and is ready for another incredible season of episodes.

In this episode, I am giving a full life update. I explain the purpose behind my month off of podcasting, a recent post that I got a lot of feedback on, how to train your emotional fitness, takeaways from my 45-day challenge, and more.

As you probably know from my previous episodes, I am someone who walks through life with positivity and excitement. Although I intentionally put a smile on my face every morning, some days are harder than others to keep the smile going. I’ve learned that it’s okay to not be okay every day and the power of giving yourself grace for the days that are harder. As long as we all are continuing to strengthen our emotional fitness and work on our mind, soul, and body, we are making progress.

Tune in to Episode 58 to learn what’s been top of mind for me during the past month and what’s in store for Believe It Achieve It!

In This Episode, You Will Learn:

  • About a recent struggle of mine (3:00)
  • Why I prioritize my emotional fitness (7:46)
  • About my 45-day challenge (10:44)
  • To speak kindly to yourself (14:30)
  • The power of working on your mind, soul, and body (19:07)

Pick Your Tribe Wisely

Ep. 81
Who do you want to become? There’s a saying that we are the average of the top 5 people we spend the majority of our time with - are those people in your life serving you and your goals? In this solo episode, I am giving an update on my life and my recent thoughts about the importance of who we surround ourselves with. If you have anyone in your life - or on your social media feed - that doesn’t make you feel supported, loved, and inspired, then they are not worth your time or energy. The people who produce the podcasts we listen to, post the social media content that we consume, and write the books that we read, are all people who play a part in our personal growth journey.Throughout this episode, I am talking about my incredible tribe of people that I have in my life, the different ways I have met them, and the pivotal ways they have changed my life. I also give some book recommendations for those of you that are looking for a new read.Tune in to Episode 81 and learn why it’s so important to pick your tribe wisely! In This Episode, You Will Learn:What I’ve been doing to feel more present and aware (2:05)Why I am so grateful for my tribe (3:40)That you don’t have to agree with everyone you are friends with (14:32)Different ways - big and small - that you can take action towards personal growth (19:00)To create the life that you want to live (28:25)Resources Mentioned:Book - You Can Heal Your Life by Louis HayBook - Chasm: A Deep Journey into Meaning & WholenessBook - The Trophy Effect: Destroying Self Doubt, Discovering Your True Self, and Taking Control of Your Life ForeverBook - If The Tomb Is EmptyBook - Rituals of the SoulBook - Life ForceLet’s Connect!Email: coachnicolewindley@gmail.comLinkedInFacebook

She has overcome the pressure of societal expectations by moving through the ups and downs of transitioning careers and has been thriving since discovering her passion. Despite our big age difference, Shea and I have always been close and I couldn’t be more proud of all that she has overcome and accomplished!Listen in to hear all about Shea’s experience entering the workforce during the stock market crash, the dark period of her career transition, and how she turned her newfound passion for jewelry into a business. In This Episode You Will LearnAbout our big family (3:22)How Shea learned to be adaptable (12:29)About Shea’s career transition (17:55)How Shea’s jewelry business began (21:49)Why the difficult journey was worth it for Shea (29:55)How Shea has given back to the Native American community (32:17)Connect with SheaThree Wolves Etsy ShopFacebookThree Wolves InstagramLet’s Connect!Email: coachnicolewindley@gmail.comLinkedInFacebookFacebook GroupInstagram
