As a Director and Founder of Marshall. Chan. Yahl, William Chan is an accomplished, hands-on sales professional who is instrumental in growing the business, recruiting new team members, facilitating training and upholding the corporate culture.

A Licensed Real Estate Agent with a Bachelors Degree in Marketing from Macquarie University, William’s worked in the industry since 2009 and has a strong family background in property.

Specialising in sales across the Upper North Shore, he’s a vastly experienced top performer in Chatswood, Roseville, Lindfield and Killara, having sold more than $400m worth of real estate throughout his career. Providing his valued clients with thoughtful, well-researched advice, he has an ability to rapidly adapt to changing circumstances, which is crucial for success and longevity in an ever-shifting market.

William finds immense satisfaction in putting together deals that leave both vendors and buyers happy and satisfied. Developing strong personal connections, he has a well-established local network which is an invaluable asset to his clients. He’s also well regarded among Asian clientele, working closely with both overseas and local Chinese buyers.

Having worked alongside highly successful Co-Directors Craig Marshall and James Yahl at various times throughout his career, the trio has a solid rapport and a shared vision, so partnering with them was an easy decision. With offices in two prominent locations, William believes the MCY company culture is second to none. The environment is positive, upbeat and friendly with everyone helping each other out and working cohesively for the benefit of clients.
