012: 3 Ways To NOT Self-Sabotage
What do you do when you are having a difficult day or week? Do you unconsciously self-sabotage like me? I am the first to admit I do it more than I should. š š
Whether we realize it or not, we often end up doing things that sabotage our lives, relationships, career and more. In this super quick solo episode, I talk about 3 ways to not self-sabotage. I have had a difficult week and these things have helped a lot and continue to help even when things are going better. This is a random, solo, quick and unplanned episode that can bring you a lot of value. 12 is my lucky number (I was born on 12/12 and my favorite Bible verse is Romans 12) this is the 12th episode and although I'm not that superstitious, it's still meaningful to me and it was important to do a solo episode.

-The importance of positive talk and gratitude
-Self care v.s. self indulgence and not feeling GUILTY
-The acceptance of constructive criticism
