Beth Nielsen Chapman
Beth Nielsen Chapman, the acclaimed songwriter and music artist, returns to the spotlight with two new singles and an exciting UK summer tour for August 2023. Her latest album, CrazyTown, topped the Official UK Country Chart last year, earning praise from Record Collector, Maverick, and RnR Magazine. Beth's upcoming music for 2023 starts with the release of her first single, 'Back To This Moment,' a lively Americana-bluegrass tune co-written with May Erlewine. The song reflects on longing for better days and resonates with the collective mindset of those yearning for joyous times. Despite tackling themes of pain and chaos, Beth aims to provide an uplifting and entertaining musical experience. She personally relates to the song differently now, following the loss of her husband to cancer in December. The track holds an energetic hopefulness and acknowledges the human spirit's resilience. Beth's second single, 'Love,' is set to release on July 14th.
In addition to the new music, Beth Nielsen Chapman has announced a UK tour in August, covering various venues in England, Scotland, and Wales. Fans can witness her captivating performances live, and tickets are available for purchase.
Beth's musical accomplishments are extensive. Her hit song 'This Kiss,' performed by Faith Hill, was ASCAP's 1999 Song of the Year and garnered a Grammy nomination. She received recognition from The Alabama Music Hall of Fame and The Alabama State Council on the Arts, including the Distinguished Artist Award in 2009. In 2016, she was inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame, considering it her greatest honour. Beth became an Ambassador for the Buddy Holly Educational Foundation in 2019.
Her collaboration with Olivia Newton-John, the song 'Stone In My Pocket,' appeared on Olivia's album 'Liv On' in 2016. Their partnership continued with its inclusion on 'Olivia - Just The Two of Us,' a special collection celebrating Olivia's career alongside renowned artists such as Dolly Parton, Mariah Carey, Barry Gibb, John Travolta, and Sir Cliff Richard.

A true New Yorker at heart, Bruce formed his first band at age 13 and was performing in clubs not long after, quickly immersing himself in the vibrant local music scene.He first made waves on the charts in 1969 with "Ball of Fire," co-written with Tommy James, followed by the 1970 hit "Tighter, Tighter" with his band Alive N Kickin’, which opened for acts like Chicago and Frank Zappa. In 1977, Bruce co-founded the band Brooklyn Dreams, which signed with Millennium Records and soon found success collaborating with Donna Summer.
