It's a busy few weeks in the Welsh racing calendar, and the boys are about to start their own annual leave relay!This week the boys look back on a fantastic day out in the sun supporting the teams at Rack Raid, before looking ahead at the biggest weekend of club racing in Wales - The Welsh Castles Relay, as well as Swansea Half Marathon and Tonypandy Track classic.

This week the boys are joined by a Welsh boy that has been tearing it up in the NCAA across the pond, Lloyd Sheppy Brown!Listen up as we chart Lloyd's rejection from USA, before bouncing back in Cardiff and fighting his way back out there!

This week the boys are joined by Craig Burrows. A local boy, that's put in the reps for days, weeks, months and years.Listen as we work our way through the football fields of south Wales, to Heartbreak Hill and annual hit-outs at London Marathon.We even stop off at a barbecue in Tenby!

This week the boys spend half hour moaning about the comedown of marathons, and are then joined by San Domenico Running Club' Ladies Captain Meg Parry to talk about her running journey!
