Back once again this week.For our usual Friday episode this week we get the chance to catch back up properly before being joined by Salford Harrier, Callum Rowlinson.Cal spent an hour with us in the summer to look back at this years Welsh Castles Drovers leg, and we've finally been able to pin everyone down to catch up with him on his own and talk about everything else.

This week the boys look back at busy weekend of running, with Runs merch clad runners dropping some insane times across Amsterdam, Abingdon and York. The boys also announce their new sponsorship with Frontunner Events and look forward to getting involved with them and helping them deliver an insane marathon in Swansea next year. They are then joined by pro athlete Lily Patridge and content creator Alex Hermanson to discuss what exactly is going on in the content side of the running World.
