Jordan Ostroff takes pride in being a “lawyer with a life.” But it wasn’t always this way.
When Jordan first started out in his career, he wasn’t happy. In fact, he felt “totally miserable”.
He was working up to 80 hours a week and was severely in debt. He knew he needed to find a better way to achieve a work-life balance, but he didn’t know how to make his vision a reality.
It wasn’t until he started prioritizing his time, freedom, and flexibility, instead of money and revenue, that things really began to change.
Now, he runs both a successful law firm and a legal marketing firm. He also enjoys a lifestyle that gives him and his family the flexibility he always wanted — while earning a healthy income.
After facing many obstacles along the way, Jordan now shares how other lawyers can do the same.
In today’s episode, Jordan Ostroff of LegalEase Marketing and Jordan Ostroff Fl joins us to discuss how attorneys can build a successful business without sacrificing their personal lives.
