Nick Smith is a full time property investor, mentor and owner of property development and investment company Saltbox Living Ltd.


Nick has been investing in property for over 20 years. He has grown a multi-million pound personal property portfolio containing single lets, multi lets and serviced accommodation as well as commercial properties throughout the UK and Europe.


As well as building his portfolio Nick has been a prolific developer working a buy to sell strategy to build investment funds from simple refurbishments to new build projects.


Nick also has an entrepreneurial background. He has bought, sold and started numerous businesses and also worked at both director and board level.


Nick now spends his time between working in his company Saltbox Living Ltd which provides end to end investment properties for investors and his personal mentoring program designed to set and deliver achievable goals for his clients in both property and business.


Nick has a determination and focus on achieving his goals in both business and life. Last year Nick completed a 71 mile ultra marathon for charity, this achievement runs alongside his 5 Ironman finishes and the completion of multiple marathons. He has ambitious plans for the future and continues to grow his business with a number of new projects in the pipeline, all designed to give great returns for Saltbox Living and its’ investors.
