In our first interview, drinks educator and owner of the Hop Inn Micropub Alison Taffs speaks to Pomona Award winner Tom Oliver about his work, the importance of good ingredients, and the need for inclusivity in the industry. In the second interview we’ll hear from Adam Wells, who is a renowned cider writer, interviewed by James Finch, aka the Cider Critic.
