She obtained a BSc in Psychology, and then with her ongoing love for food and nutrition, she decided to to undertake an MSc in Nutrition and Behaviour. Beth currently work as a Healthy Lifestyle Advisor at ICE creates and is Education Coordinator at well-known nutrition platform Nutrition Graduates. Throughout her higher education, Beth had the opportunity to cook for herself where she explored more plant-based options and led a largely plant-based lifestyle, now Beth is a Vegetarian, and wants to share her knowledge with people wanting to add more plants into their life, without comprising their health.
