This week we’re joined by the Suffolk Children and Families Participation Group (Particip8) with Sophie, Molly, Grace and James sharing some information about participation, their experiences of the services and what it’s like being a part of the participation team. Our participation team consists of service users and their supporters who are committed to developing services across NSFT for other service users. This includes such things as interviewing staff, attending transformation and governance meetings, ensuring that the voice of the service user an their supporters is at the centre of our work and lots of other exciting projects.
