5 ultra-specific rules of Christian Fundamentalism that make no sense
Sadie takes us through the five categories of Crazy Fundie Rules, and how these rules affect your life when you are trying to live by them. Some of them have biblical justifications, some of them are completely made up by some pastor somewhere and ended up being widely adopted. Fundie pastors use these rules as a way to physically and psychologically control church members, and they can be quite draconian.

Duggar Prison Emails: Josh's SHOCKING Ignorance about the Bible and coded messages sent in scripture
01:11:32||Season 2This past month, Josh Duggar's prison emails sent between his conviction in December of 2021 and his sentencing in June of 2022 were revealed to the public via FOIA request (Thank You Lily Archive). In this episode, we go through the emails sent between Joshua Duggar and his spiritual advisor, LaCount Reber. Joshua stayed with the Reber family when he was out on bail during his trial. These emails reveal the depths of Josh's ignorance about even the most basic tenets of Christianity. They reveal a lack of curiosity, and an inability to read coded messages sent to him as bible quotations, and an understanding of scripture that can be (charitably) described as rudimentary.
