Amy  is the host of the Humans Outside podcast and founder of the Humans Outside 365 Challenge, both of which were inspired by her personal experiment to test what happens if you spend just 20 minutes outside every single day. With more than 1,700 days of that habit logged and counting, Amy has reaped the benefits of prioritizing time outside and through her projects shares her experience. 


Throughout this episode, Amy shares her inspiring takeaways that she has learned throughout her commitment to spending time outside every single day.
