623. #623 Sonia Choquette: How to Activate Your Intuition, Connect with Spirit Guides & Embrace Humanityās Evolutionary Shift
01:52:23||Ep. 623Intuitive guide and author Sonia Choquette reveals that humanity is undergoing a massive evolutionary shift, moving away from an ego-driven, physical-only existence to embrace our multi-sensory, heart-centered nature. Highlighting a spontaneous collective awakening of the heart and inner sensesāincluding clairvoyance, telepathy, and subtle energy perceptionāshe explains how the old perception of isolation and fear-based survival is collapsing. While external forces and conditioned programming attempt to keep us small, controlled, and divided, spiritual guides are working overtime to align us with our true essence and lead our spirits into full expression.Grounding these macro shift dynamics into practical daily steps, Sonia shares actionable practicesāincluding two-breath resets, heart-and-belly grounding, and intentional space-clearingāto quiet our internal "barking dog" and activate our higher senses. By taking responsibility for our choices, tuning into raw energetic vibrations, and honoring the living consciousness of Gaia, we become fully empowered receivers capable of navigating global turbulence with stability, clarity, and authentic joy. Will you remain trapped in the noisy distractions and fear-based conditioning of the old world, or are you ready to quiet your mind, activate your inner receiver, and embrace your guided evolutionary potential today?___šŖ BOOK YOUR PERSONAL 1-1 ASTROLOGY READINGThese collective shifts affect each of us differently.Explore how this moment is appearing in your chart, what season of life you are moving through, and how to work with your current astrology consciously and practically.Debra Silverman personally recommends booking a reading with Amrit.Still at introductory pricing...š BOOK YOUR 1ā1 ASTROLOGY READING HERE:https://amritsandhu.com/reading___š JOIN THE INSPIRED EVOLUTION CIRCLE The Inspired Evolution Circle is our private community for conscious souls who want to ground spiritual wisdom into everyday life, connect deeply/Inside the Circle:ā¢ Weekly live gatherings and guided practicesā¢ Intimate Q&As with guests like Kellyā¢ Sharing circles and conscious communityā¢ Early invitations to retreats and live experiencesā¢ A sacred space to connect, evolve and belongš JOIN THE CIRCLE NOW:https://inspiredevolution.com/circle___š¬ EPISODE CHAPTERS:00:00 Awakening of Collective Inner Senses03:09 Transformation and Multi-Sensory Living10:05 Spirit Guides Support True Self Expression15:08 Training Ego into an Ally22:10 Dimensional Consciousness and Modern Integration27:25 Synchronicity Signs Reveal Higher Guidance34:22 Cultivating Responsibility and Divine Integration43:41 Overcoming Fear Propaganda and Selected Trauma51:47 Grounding Technique to Quiet the Brain01:04:21 Silence Unlocks Inner Focus and Vision01:10:05 Differentiating Intuitive Guidance from Fear01:17:26 Red, Green, and Yellow Light Intuition01:23:35 Navigating Intuitive Warnings in Business01:28:52 Understanding Intuition as Energetic Feedback01:38:22 Tipping Point in Global Consciousness01:45:12 Earth's SOS and Evolutionary Shift01:51:40 Protecting Space for Higher Reception___āØ Deepen your connection with your spirit guides through Sonia Choquetteās Guides Masterclass, and learn to recognize, trust, and work with the guidance available to you.šæ Explore the masterclass: https://www.soniachoquette.net/guides-masterclassš FIND SONIA ONLINEā¦ Official Website: https://www.soniachoquette.net/ā¦ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/soniachoquette/ā¦ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/TrustYourVibes/ā¦ YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/c/soniachoquette

622. #622 Richard Rudd: The 2027 Shift, Crystalline Human Awakening & Why AI Is the Old System's Final Flourish
01:30:15||Ep. 622Gene Keys creator Richard Rudd reveals the massive evolutionary shift currently underway, explaining that an ancient cycle dating back to 16,000 BC is closing to birth the "crystalline human". Drawing from the Gene Keys and cosmic Yuga cycles, he breaks down how dormant DNA codes are activating our higher bliss body, transforming awakening from an ethereal escape into a grounded physical embodiment of heaven on Earth.Looking ahead to pivotal timeline markersāincluding the "closing door" of 2026 and the major 2027 crux pointāRichard explains that while artificial intelligence and collapsing institutions represent the final flourish of an exhausted system, genuine evolution is quietly germinating within our consciousness. He unpacks the mutation of Gene Key 55, showing how humanity is moving beyond the shadow of victimization into a rich collective awakening defined by freedom, creativity, and high romance.Grounding these macro cycles into daily life, Richard urges listeners to navigate external turbulence by facing their personal trauma and composting subconscious shadows into creative gifts. By reconnecting with mythic memory, bridging left- and right-brain polarities, and adopting "pronoia"āthe cellular conviction that the universe is working in our favorāwe stabilize our biology and step into true creative agency during this collective transition. Will you remain captivated by the decline of an old world, or are you ready to do your shadow work, unlock your inner codes, and embody the crystalline human today?___šŖ BOOK YOUR PERSONAL 1-1 ASTROLOGY READINGThese collective shifts affect each of us differently.Explore how this moment is appearing in your chart, what season of life you are moving through, and how to work with your current astrology consciously and practically.Debra Silverman personally recommends booking a reading with Amrit.Still at introductory pricing...š BOOK YOUR 1ā1 ASTROLOGY READING HERE:https://amritsandhu.com/reading___š JOIN THE INSPIRED EVOLUTION CIRCLE The Inspired Evolution Circle is our private community for conscious souls who want to ground spiritual wisdom into everyday life, connect deeply/Inside the Circle:ā¢ Weekly live gatherings and guided practicesā¢ Intimate Q&As with guests like Kellyā¢ Sharing circles and conscious communityā¢ Early invitations to retreats and live experiencesā¢ A sacred space to connect, evolve and belongš JOIN THE CIRCLE NOW:https://inspiredevolution.com/circle___š¬ EPISODE CHAPTERS:00:00 2027 Shift: Focusing on the New Within a Dying System10:46 Gene Key 55: Why True Awakening Demands High Romance22:42 Dragonfly Metaphor: Embodying Higher Consciousness Daily29:24 Shadow Work: Composting Inherited Wounds into Prosperity35:06 Crystalline Human: Awakening as Gods Within God46:40 Merlin Archetype: Remembering the Future Through Myth59:36 Somatic Memory: Integrating Left and Right Brain Polarity01:07:06 Dragonfly Tour: Celebrating the 2027 Inception on the Road01:15:55 Gene Keys App: Decoding Relational Chemistries and Mission01:25:40 Sage Oracle: Moving from Delusion to Pronoia and Grace___š Discover the Gene Keys app, your most accessible way to explore the Gene Keys transmission: genekeys.com/appFree to download, with optional in-app purchases and subscriptions available.š Catch Richard live on his upcoming Tour: https://genekeys.com/tour/Or explore more upcoming events with Richard here: genekeys.com/eventsš Inspired Evolution listeners can also dive deeper into Richard's work and the Gene Keys here: genekeys.com/ref/1994/š FIND RICHARD ONLINEā¦ Website: https://genekeys.comā¦ YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCO7-rNNMA0NCGgY8xb9Tqxgā¦ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/genekeys/ā¦ Twitter: https://twitter.com/gene_keysā¦ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/Genekeys/ā¦ Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/artist/29zDYWLgjiTq4fvHpSTy8yā¦ LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/company/gene-keys/
