    in this 30 minute workout, I run for 4 minutes then walk for only 2 minutes. Now we are running more than we are walking and covered 2.6 miles in the 30-minute workout. This is the next step in our goal to run 5K (3.1 miles). Winter weather continues to intrude on our workout sessions as the cold and snowy conditions create difficult conditions to overcome.
