10. Run Day
15:34||Season 1, Ep. 10It is Run Day! After 2 1/2 months of training and preparing, today is the day that we run in the 5K Fun Run for charity. No episode is recorded while actually running this time, but the pre-race trip and reflection on the journey are shared in this episode.

8. Picking up steam
30:16||Season 1, Ep. 8In this episode, I run for 2.75 miles by walking for 1 minute and running for one minute bringing me one step closer to covering the 3.1 miles
7. Over the hump
30:21||Season 1, Ep. 7in this 30 minute workout, I run for 4 minutes then walk for only 2 minutes. Now we are running more than we are walking and covered 2.6 miles in the 30-minute workout. This is the next step in our goal to run 5K (3.1 miles). Winter weather continues to intrude on our workout sessions as the cold and snowy conditions create difficult conditions to overcome.
6. Halfway There
30:15||Season 1, Ep. 6In this episode, I walk and run an equal amount of time, 3 minutes walking and 3 minutes running. Making our way to the 5K goal while considering ways to improve and staying motivated through the process.

3. Surviving Quitters Day
30:04||Season 1, Ep. 3The Second Friday in January is known as Quitter's Day as most people's New Year's Resolutions do not survive beyond this. In this episode, I work to overcome external and internal obstacles such as the weather and push myself to complete the 30 minute workout in cold, snowy conditions. We talk about being deliberate about the way we spend our money and our time noting that these decisions are a reflection of what we value.
