It is Run Day! After 2 1/2 months of training and preparing, today is the day that we run in the 5K Fun Run for charity. No episode is recorded while actually running this time, but the pre-race trip and reflection on the journey are shared in this episode.

    The Second Friday in January is known as Quitter's Day as most people's New Year's Resolutions do not survive beyond this. In this episode, I work to overcome external and internal obstacles such as the weather and push myself to complete the 30 minute workout in cold, snowy conditions. We talk about being deliberate about the way we spend our money and our time noting that these decisions are a reflection of what we value.
