There is some damn "Goodwater" just outside of Burlington Vermont, Yes pun intended. Marty (Co-Owner) of Goodwater Brewery takes a classic approach to modern styles of beer. Brewing on a 20 barrel system the team over at Goodwater are giving the community of Williston VT and beyond some really cool styles, such as their Oat Pale Ale (OPA) or even their Proper Mild, not to mention their food offerings. We were lucky enough to talk to one of the OGs in the beer scene Bill Cherry from Switchback Brewing. When Switchback opened initially it was their goal “to brew unexpected, relatable, great tasting beer” safe to say 20 years later they’ve kept true to their goal. The team over a Switchback keeps true to their brewing methods by keeping the beer unfiltered and carbonating it 100% naturally.
