Tara is a trauma informed yoga & meditation teacher (in training) who recently rediscovered her love of writing and is presently in the middle of editing her memoir, The Quest, A Healing Journey from Trauma. The conversation took our hosts and guest deep into Tara's life, especially the last chapter as she went from 'last one standing' party girl to the much quieter and thoughtful mindfulness practitioner and writer. Tara had always felt that something wasn't quite right and it was only when she stepped onto the path of healing and self-love that she discovered something terrible had happened in her past.
