Today we're talking two surprisingly good movies on Amazon Prime - Ricky Stanicky & Road House. It was an incredibly fun podcast to record, and that shows through, I think. The Nice Guys - a good-ass movie with a not great name. Honestly why not just call it "The March Hare" or "All I wanted in the last 90's were some Healys". Both of those are puns from the main characters of this movie you probably haven't seen, which is an absolute shame - because 2 out of 3 critics agree: It's darling. Who is the real Argylle?This movie has more twists than one of those churro bags you get from Taco Bell. Its twists are bigger than those on screen in the upcoming sequel to Twister. It's got more rug pulls than dude who works the stock room at Nebraska Furniture Mart. It's got more left turns than the Indy 500. It's got more surprises than the Cracker Jack factory. It's got more...Yeah you get it.Honestly Argylle is not good. But the podcast was fun.
