Are School Safety Improvements Working?

There have been at least 65 shootings on school campuses in 2018 alone, according to the non-profit organization Everytown for Gun Safety. So, it’s no surprise that school security has become a $2.7 billion industry, according to a new report in The Washington Post. And that does not include the costs of armed security guards.
