Aetna Purchases CVS with Mark Pauly and Robert Field

CVS is merging with AETNA in a $69 billion deal that could change the health care industry. The drug store giant's plans reportedly include pushing the health insurance company's 22 million enrollees towards their clinics rather than hospitals.
