It was the first feature film for Dr. Who, and the first version of the character in glorious Technicolor. The film is a slight departure from the "canon" of Doctor Who, as it was made just 2 years in to the show's initial broadcast run. It stars Peter Cushing as the eponymous Dr. Who, with his granddaughter's Susan and Barbara, and her boyfriend Ian. They visit a strange planet and encounter the Daleks for the first time. So, is this a fun 60s Sci Fi romp? Or better left off of your Whovian watch list?
