Released the same year as An American Werewolf in London, and directed by Joe Dante. It may not be the best werewolf movie released that year, but it certainly is the horniest one. This week, Hammond Chamberlain is back on the show and he brought a film that is near and dear to him, The Amazing Mr. Blunden (1972). Travis hadn't even heard of this movie before it was brought up, so this is a brand new experience. It's set in 1918, when a couple of young children from London move in to a new house on an old and presumeably haunted estate in the countryside. When they meet the ghosts of Sara and Georgy they learn that they are not dead. At least, not yet. But also, that they will be. It's time travel, ghost story, and a lot of heart. But did Travis enjoy it as much as Hammond?
