The Winds of Change with Cecily and Steph

Ep. 276

Deep exhale, it's February friends. And Steph and Cec are back on the mic to share some big (and exciting) news for Team Corker. The acorn-of-an-idea that started this business called recruiting has come to an end. We have closed the recruiting chapter and will remain committed to developing human potential through training and coaching programs. Over the past ten years we have grown some beautiful oak trees. And now we are welcoming a new chapter while honouring what has been. And Steph and Cec are here to riff all about it on this week's pod.

They dive into the process of becoming awake to your own life, why Steph is releasing the word relentless this year, the power of evolution in companies, new chapters, how yoga has impacted their lives, showing up as yourself in business, how the first month of the year is going and what new habits they are creating from January learnings, why journaling will be a year long habit for them, setting goals that matter and SO much more goodness. This episode is vulnerable, raw and we hope will inspire you to live fully into the life of your dreams and to remember to continue to ask yourself, "Who am I?" "and "How do I want to show up in this moment and this year?"
