HORSE'S NECK RECIPE

  • 1.33oz/40ml Cognac
  • 4oz/120ml Ginger Ale
  • dash Angostura Bitters (optional)


Pour Cognac and ginger ale directly into a highball glass with ice cubes. Stir gently. Add bitters if preferred. Garnish with a rind of lemon spiral.
