He has since gone on to share his story to help others to change. Gary has lived an interesting life and he shares his story in an honest and gipping manner. We get stuck into his ups and downs and talk about how his mental health has impacted upon him. This episode is as raw and honest as they come, its emotional, but ultimately inspiring and moving.
