#98 The Hugh Jackman Cherry, being Stonehenge Curious and Lyn! Lyn! Lyn!
01:03:28|This week we’ve gone international baby! Reporting live from Rab’s record room in France, Charlotte joins us from across the pond- bringing news of her broken Hugh Jackman virginity and lamenting the end of giant Babybels- a mixed day, if ever there was one. Back in the U.K Liv has some exciting news- and it’s not just about Mike updating his phone background to a rock formation, oh no! There’s talk of Top of the Pops and University Challenge (two new shows we’re *certain* you wouldn’t have heard of) and the girls ponder one of life’s big questions: what is it with men and Spinal Tap?Please send your hallmarks of a good cafe and best Hugh Jackman songs to thefringeofit@gmail.com.

#97 Napmaxing, Lower London and Soufflé the Dog
46:48|If you like your podcasts brimming with #hacks, #lifegoals and #tips to maximise on everything, perhaps you’ve actually come to the right place… Well, that is, if you like napping. Enter napmaxing! From Liv’s thrill of a Power Nap, to Charlotte desperately seeking time to lie down to a very big, and, ahem, important conversation on wearable tech- the girl’s are giving their best podcast bros! That is of course until Charlotte puts £50 in the washing machine cooking a prawn dinner, Liv begins singing the Sleepover Club theme tune and Agatha Christie comes up- oh well, they tried! There’s also late summer nectarine loving, an official cookie dough PSA and a love letter to the best new phone game in town (just prompt Liv into starting a leaderboard if you happen to get into it)…For prawn dish suggestions, lines for Charlotte’s film quote bank and other forgotten TV shows- please email thefringeofit@gmail.com- love you!
#96 Mad 4 Prawns, Arctic Colin and Bartering with Marshmallows
48:34|It’s what, week 2 (week 4 current TFOI time) of the school break and Liv has no tan and a new vertical grey hair- happy holidays! It’s just what Enid Blyton would have wanted! This week, joined by a small whistling child (who will only come off air if rewarded with giant marshmallows) Charlotte and Liv channel their true Kermode and Mayo with, you guessed it, a Minion’s review (cue Liv bellowing ‘ILLUMINATION!’). It’s slick, it’s cutting edge. Charlotte also delves into a show making her a puddle of tears, a dessert that *could* have made her a puddle of tears (slight exaggeration) and a dress incident that nearly made Liv a puddle of tears too. And now for the whistle…Please share the wonderful films you’ve half finished and best prawn dishes to thefringeofit@gmail.com. Love you!
95. #95 Don't Call it a Comeback!
01:08:28||Ep. 95Happy New Year! We're back! And only a cool 8 months after the Hootenanny aired, and Charlotte and Liv are back in you ears for more timely chat! Including (but never limited to) World Cup nonsense (which is good because it only finished about 4 weeks ago), a birthday trip (in May) around the Marks' food hall and the weather. Oh the weather! But! That's not all. Charlotte goes through her fan inventory (warning: it's big), there's talk of arguably *the* funniest show on TV and Liv realises she could have a tendency for the tiramisu shakes- it's all rock 'n' roll baby, but we like it! Thank you for having us back (again)- and thank you to lovely Sally for the title idea! Yes it's another come back, but ain't we glad about it! Please (if you'd like) feel free to email the postbag at thefringeofit@gmail.com!
#94 Telly Tennis, Overtaking Santa, and Mad for Christmas
01:10:47|It's the great Fringe of It Christmas bumper episode! Wrap yourselves in tinsel and adorn your festive (monogrammed, if you're Charlotte) jim-jams as we accompany you through your last minute wrapping, dishwasher loading or quiet moment in solitude for some peace and, erm, giggles. If your Christmas shopping has felt like course work and you too have gone mad for anything loaded with cranberry sauce, you are in the right place. This week Liv lets Father Christmas go at a junction (but not before wondering if it would be rude to overtake the big guy on a residential street), Charlotte watches a trio of Christmas films and Liv, well, nearly watches It's a Wonderful Life. The girls' also reveal their top 3 TV, films and foods of the year- with a live food tasting to end the season- delicious indeed!Thank you for joining us, you wonderful people! We will see you in January for more fun and frolics. If you'd like to share your bronze, silver and gold in the TV and film ranks please do email thefringeofit@gmail.com or slide into our DMs at @fringeofit.
#93 Christmas Chips, Liv's Film Oscar and Snowman Noses
57:47|After weeks of crafts, Christmas prep, wrapping gifts for the thousands and erm, visual merchandising slap bands- the girls are tired. Evening teas are brewed, Liv is yawning and chat swiftly turns to piles cushions and the new iPhone update. Nope, you haven't got the wrong podcast- stay with us!In the telly talking arena, Liv has self nominated for the Film Recommendation of the year Oscar (it's an imaginary one woman category, and she's set to win) and Charlotte gets deep into pondering what her real favourite snowman nose is. Could it be cranberry, or is it a carrot? Answers on a postcard! There's also a Christmas chips discovery, some in depth supermarket chat and some unruly sausage conversation- but what's new there? Please send us your wonderful festive food recommendations, Radio Times worthy suggestions and anything silly and Christmassy to thefringeofit@gmail.com or cha-chat slide into our DMs at @fringeofit.
#92 Elf Curious, Fear of Wind, and Emma Mackay
01:09:04|As we all know, every now and again it will be a week of two halves. This week it's a cocktail of explicit (used loosely) elf drama combined with Charlotte kindly relieving her loved ones of a spa voucher (not all heroes etc. etc.) It's also been an enormous week for the silver screen- if the Wicked Coronation Street comparison doesn't whet your whistle (and Liv's subsequent confession to a lifelong fear of wind) perhaps it'll be our very exciting interview with none other than Emma Mackey and Spike Fearn, ahead of the release of Ella McCay this week. We know! There's also the potential of two new fan clubs: one for Majestic Wine and another for cupcake queen, Fiona Cairns- as well as sausage-gate and the boots that will make you feel like an instant front woman- perfect for party season! To send us Christmas sandwich suggestions, mad elf ideas or just general chit chat- you can contact us at fringeofit@gmail.com, or in our DMs at @fringeofit.
