Seán Canney on reduction of speed limits

This morning Rian Bailey was joined by Super Junior Minister at the Department of Transport Seán Canney who spoke on the reduction of speed limits on local rural roads from 80km/h to 60 km/h. This change will come into effect from tomorrow February 7th. Rian and Seán were also joined by a number of listeners who presented questions to the minister on the topic.
