Charles Kelly - Recovery Self Help

Charles Kelly from Recovery Self-Help joined Tommy Marren on Midwest Radio this morning to talk about a new support meeting launching in Westport. The group is aimed at people who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, OCD, anger, insomnia, or general nervousness, and who would like to improve their mental health in a supportive environment.


The opening night takes place this Friday (March 13th) at 7:30 PM at the Order of Malta building in Westport (Eircode: F28 DE24). Meetings will continue every Friday evening at the same time. Attendance is free and everyone is welcome.

    Tommy Marren was joined on air this morning by Chief Executive Officer of Parkinson's Ireland Shane O'Brien and Parkinson's nurse specialist Laura Niepage.
