I sat down with one of our smartest political minds - political strategist Mike Madrid - who also is a leading authority on the Latino vote in America. Such interesting insight into what Latino voters prioritize, how they’re disappointed in both parties, and what the Democratic Party needs to do to appeal to this demographic.

Woke up this morning to the news that Britain’s former Prince Andrew had been arrested because of his involvement with Epstein. Also found out that South Korea just sentenced their former president to life in prison for temporarily imposing martial law. But here in America, we don’t hold our former president accountable for trying to overthrow an election, and we’re not holding our rich & powerful accountable for being involved with a notorious sex trafficker. Shame on us.

I will continue to say that because Democrats dropped the ball for so long on immigration enforcement, Trump got elected again. But Trump, the bad person he is, has taken immigration enforcement to a dark, ugly, cruel, extreme, lawless, un-American place. And because Trump had done this, we’re gonna see a blue tsunami this November like we’ve never seen.

So we found out yesterday from the Epstein files that in 2018, Steve Bannon told Epstein that the 25th Amendment should be invoked against Trump. Back then. So utterly at odds with everything Bannon says publicly about Trump. And it reminded me and disgusted me once again, that Trump and everyone in Trump’s orbit lies. All the time. They don’t give a damn about the truth. We just don’t speak enough about this.

Yes, I’m a Democrat for now, but in most ways, I’m still politically homeless. And that’s always obvious whenever I say or post something critical of both sides. Whenever I do that, undoubtedly, the vast, vast majority of people on each side refuse to accept the criticism of their side. We gotta be better than that.
