The policies, the chaos, the ripple effects—it’s giving disaster, and we need to talk about it.Then, let’s get real about DEI. Companies love to slap those three letters on everything for good PR, but what’s actually going on behind the scenes? Because if it’s just a diversity brochure and a meaningless statement, it’s not giving what they think it is.And speaking of things that aren’t giving—performative activism. If your "solidarity" starts and ends with a black square on Instagram or a vague email about "standing together," please spare us. We see right through it.
