This week the boys welcome two of the biggest driving forces behind on of the fastest 5Ks in the World, Armagh.A race that started in the 70s as somehow managed to hold onto it's integrity and prestige in an era when races are losing their soul.We discuss the history of the race, dragging it into a digital age and future plans for the race!

This week the boys recap a weekend of racing in South Wales and plug their new vest before being joined by Canadian speedster Rory Linkletter.As usual we throw it right back to growing up and work our way through Rory's journey through high school - including some wrestling - right through to present day.With plenty of pit stops along the way to discuss the importance of good content in running and his desire to experience everything the World of distance running can offer him.

This week the boys look back at Valencia and Chepstow Speedway 10K before welcoming Samantha on to chat about her running journey.From the early days of running, on the treadmill for aesthetics, through to multiple marathons all whilst navigating her way through the biology of the female body.We enjoyed this one.

This week the boys are joined by the excellent Melissa Courtney-Bryant.Melissa joined us from Kenya in the midst of training camp, and we'd be lying if we said we weren't jealous of the weather!You can file her under 'athletes we could talk to all day' and we miss so much, but that's just credit to her career so far!
