    This week the boys wrap up their Ironman content by welcoming on Spaniard Carlos Rufo.They first encountered Carlos at IMW18, when they noticed him on the run route being supported by his father. Naturally the boys joined in with cheers of VAMOS CARLOS on every lap!They tracked him down through Strava and have exchanged Kudos ever since! Carlos spent an hour taking us through his journey from judo to triathlon, the quest for Kona and now into a more relaxed approach to the disciplines!
