Angie is a yoga teacher and one of the owners of Lila Yoga in Bruntsfield, Edinburgh.
She has had an interesting journey from French teacher in Sri Lanka and England to teaching French in Edinburgh. Circumstances then lead her to becoming a yoga teacher and an advocate of finding one’s unique purpose and path in life.
She is so grateful to be here and sober, and enjoying life with my husband, Francis, of 25 years, and my two grown up children, Nancy and Tom.
