Welcome to this new mini-series from The MidPoint, this is The MidPoint's Guide To Hitting Your Health Goals, brought to you in partnership with Lingo by Abbott.
In this raw and honest series we follow Gabby as she takes on a five week challenge to hit a personal health goal and in doing so, works out the right way to stay on top of your health when you reach the midpoint.
Within each episode Gabby will be sitting down with an expert from a different field, from nutrition to exercise, to help her make informed decisions about all areas of her life as we track her progress.
In this first episode, Gabby speaks with Dr Amy McKenzie, Director of Clinical Research at Lingo, to get the lowdown on how her Lingo continuous glucose monitor can help her throughout her journey.
