Tessa interviews Robin Stewart, a specialist landlord and tenant litigation solicitor with London solicitors Anthony Gold. Robin and Tessa discuss the forthcoming Renters Reform Bill (among other things) and pick up on issues which have not been widely reported. They also discuss Rent Repayment Orders which is a specialism of Robin.

Property industry expert Kate Faulkner is interviewed by Tessa Shepperson on all things property! Topics discussed range from talking on the radio to reforming the home buying process, with quite a long discussion on the Renters Reform Bill and also licensing (where Kate holds strong views).
