Andy went from an anxious kid unable to cope with social settings to living freely in Thailand. From soul sucking High End IT Manager job to a coach for sensitive people with a few companies and real estate on the side. He has a diverse educational background, delving into psychology, clinical dietetics, personal training, neuro-linguistic programming, hypnosis, Silva Method techniques, career coaching, and business coaching. His quest for sustainable solutions led me to the guidance of diverse mentors as well. He has over 7,000 hours clocked in meditation and 600 hours in training.
