When the weather warms back up, it's time for new menus, new guests, and great experiences! Chef Dan has built an awesome relationship with Slagel Family Farm in Fairbury, Illinois. LouisJohn took us on a tour, and showed us the in's and out's of the operation. We're thrilled to carry their product--listen to this conversation with Chef Dan & Marketing Ben to learn more!

Our Spring menu is LIVE! New salads are on the menu, along with a new pasta dish made with Chef Alan's Pecan Pesto! Ben and Chef Dan discuss the changes, and the "why" and "how" behind the ideas.
