Something different this episode! We sat down with two of the boys from Eat, Sleep, Run, Repeat. We enjoyed chatting all things running and podcasting with Steve Woolley and Steve the Spartan Sparling. It was great to be in the company of others who want to keep building connections in the running community. We hope you enjoy our chat as well.

It's been a long time between drinks since the last episode. Life has seriously got in our ways! 

We made it! We both completed the Gold Coast Marathon 2023 event. In this episode we recap our runs and others' smashing times; we thank the legends who supported and helped us; and chat about things we learned going forward.

Coach Rob stops by for a pre-race chat. He reminds of the training journey he has travelled with us and leaves us feeling positive and capable as always.
