In today's episode of Take a Breath with FREO2, our host Jennifer Hansen sits down with Umra Omar, humanitarian and founder of Safari Doctors, an organisation which provides locally-led healthcare solutions for remote communities who lack access to vital health services in Lamu County, Kenya.

Msichana Initiative is an NGO which seeks to ensure the right to education is equally guaranteed without discrimination through improving the lives of girls by enhancing access to education opportunities, strengthening child protection systems, facilitating access to menstrual hygiene products and facilities and promoting legal and policy reforms that envision the best interests of girls in Tanzania.
