Sophie Grace Holmes was born with Cystic Fibrosis and doctors told her she wouldn’t live to see 16. Now in her 30s, Sophie has defied all the odds and ran 36 marathons in 36 days. 


In this episode, Sophie joins Dr Alex George to share what we can learn from someone who was told they were dying from a very young age.


Sophie shares the bucket list she wrote at 19, how climbing Mount Kilimanjaro improved her lung function and how she keeps a positive mindset in the face of her condition.
