Sneak Peak Audio of "What Should Dragon Do?"

Season 3, Ep. 19

A little sneak peak reading of my book "What Should Dragon Do?"

"Dragon, Racer and Scout are friends and roommates who get along most of the time. But living together can be hard too. Many times, Dragon gets very angry and doesn't always say or do the nicest things. Come join the adventures of Dragon, Racer and Scout as they learn to live with each other and find out the answers to what should Dragon do?"

This is a book for ages 3-6 but not just limited to children. I know I need to remind myself of how to still be open and kind even when I'm angry or tired or annoyed.

"This is a great book for kids and adults alike. For anyone who has, is, or will be living with other people." - Sarah P.

    In this episode of the StephUp Podcast, I am joined by motivational speaker and life coach, Doobee, for a powerful conversation on the journey back to self. Fear does not exist when you live for real.” – DoobeeContact & Follow Doobee here:YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@aiightdentvIG: https://www.instagram.com/aiightdentvTikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@aiightdentv#motivationalspeaker #lifecoach #journeybacktoself #stephaniewebb #stephanieannwebb #stephuppodcast #stephupMusic: Inspiring Space Coffee by Audio Coffeehttps://www.audiocoffee.netIf you'd like to work with me, contact me through my website:www.stephanieannwebb.comIf you find comfort and hope in my content, and if you feel so led, I appreciate your support at Buy Me A Coffee:https://buymeacoffee.com/stephanieannwebb
  • 4. Being Unapologetically You with Sarah Grady

    01:02:17||Season 4, Ep. 4
    Hello my Lovelies!Let's Talk about Living Unapologetically"We have gotten to a place in our evolution where we don't need to just survive anymore. We can thrive and we can truly live and embrace and trust and have faith that we are life. Life is moving through us at any given moment. We can't control life so why not live it, fully freely, and unapologetically and let it mold us." - Sarah GradyIn this powerful and soul-stirring conversation of the StephUp Podcast, I sit down with Sarah Grady — a Liberator of the Language of Unapologetic Living, Sacred Disrupter, and Alchemist of Creative Devotion — to explore what it truly means to live unapologetically. Sarah shares how she’s moved from surviving to thriving, shedding roles like “the fixer” and stepping into a life of embodied truth. Together, we talk about the beauty and messiness of unlearning, the weight of self-imposed responsibility, and the freedom that comes from no longer apologizing for being your full, honest self.This episode is a journey through shadow work, emotional release, and the power of self-accountability. Sarah reminds us that healing isn’t about avoiding pain — it’s about learning from our triggers, honouring our emotional responses, and reclaiming our power in the process. Through deep honesty and radical acceptance, we discover that we don’t have to shrink ourselves to make others comfortable. We can speak our truth, hold space for others, and still choose to walk away when needed — all while staying anchored in our own alignment.You’ll leave this episode with a renewed sense of what it means to live with devotion, awareness, and compassion — not just for others, but for yourself. As Sarah says:“We don’t need to try to win if we fight. No one is winning when we’re trying to fit into everyone’s boxes.” Tune in for a deeply liberating conversation that invites you to stop proving, start feeling, and fully be.Contact Sarah:Website: https://sarahmfgrady.com/. • 3. Learning to Trust the Universe with Timothy Waterman (Beau)

    38:46||Season 4, Ep. 3
    In episode 3 of the StephUp Podcast, I am joined by my friend/graphic designer/actor/spiritual & metaphysical guide and student of film, Timothy Waterman, aka Beau, for a heartfelt and reflective conversation about the journey of trusting the Universe and reconnecting with the wisdom of the soul. We explore how life, though often uncertain and mysterious, can become more grounded when we remember that our soul carries an inner knowing—a quiet but steady presence that walks with us through every season. When we tune into that deeper intelligence, we begin to recognize the vast possibilities available to us, beyond the limits of the thinking mind.Beau shares about the subtle shift from relying solely on mental reasoning—which often carries fear, insecurity, and social programming—toward listening to what truly feels right within. This practice of trusting isn't always easy. It requires us to observe without judgment, ask honest questions about our choices, and gently reconnect with our authentic selves. Along the way, nervous system regulation, emotional clarity, and internal stability become vital tools as we unravel the layers of who we’ve been told to be.As Beau beautifully puts it, "I can't tell anyone what to do, I can only share what works for me." This conversation is not about offering formulas or prescriptions, but about inviting listeners into a space of curiosity, self-reflection, and empowerment. Whether you’re questioning a relationship, a path, or simply what feels right for your next step, this episode offers gentle guidance for the ongoing journey of returning home to yourself."I have a relationship with existence as a whole and that's made it easier to step into trust even more." - BeauConnect with Beau here:Email: coachtimothy@runbox.comWebsite: https://timothywaterman.carrd.coFB: https://www.facebook.com/TimaaayIG: https://www.instagram.com/selflovewithtimMusic: Inspiring Space Coffee by Audio Coffeehttps://www.audiocoffee.netIf you'd like to work with me, contact me through my website:www.stephanieannwebb.comIf you find comfort and hope in my content, and if you feel so led, I appreciate your support at Buy Me A Coffee:https://buymeacoffee.com/stephanieannwebb
  • 2. The Power of Suggestion: Who is Determining Your Life? with Julie Howlett

    43:17||Season 4, Ep. 2
    Julie discusses those suggestions and interpretations we've received on what looks like success and beauty and happiness. These things can come from family, history, society etc. Our power is in noticing and being aware and in whether we allow it to influence us or not. We get to have autonomy and choose. The awareness is the key. Just observe it. "What are the suggestions we are responding to? Once we notice those things, we can start to try new things. This is where the reflection comes in, even small things can bring around huge change." - Julie HowlettThanks for watching and listening! • 1. Feeling Emotions & Moving On to New Opportunities

    16:40||Season 4, Ep. 1
    Hello my lovelies!Sometimes it can be hard to let go. Actually most of the time it is. Maybe we were holding onto someone or an experience or an opportunity, thinking this was it. But then it wasn't.And we can have such a mixture of feelings. It's all ok. There can be anger and sadness and frustration while also feeling peace, happiness, relief, etc.I tend to cry when going through all of this. I was crying right before recording this episode.And while we can be grateful for the experience and the lessons and grow through it all, we can also be grieving it. Feel all the feelings. Accept it. Allow it. And move through it. It's all ok. You are doing amazing. And leaving this old chapter makes way for the new. • 21. Breaking Through: Mindsets, Energy & Resilience with Catana Malinowski

    01:34:11||Season 3, Ep. 21
    **This podcast contains adult conversation with sensitive matter.**On today's episode, I welcome 2x international best-selling author, podcast host, award-winning professional artist, coach, speaker and activist, Catana L. Malinowski. Her latest book, "Why Are You Happy?" is a heartwarming story about a little blue whale named Happy who gets caught in some challenging situations but remembers to remain calm and through it all, he learns how to be more resilient.Catana and I discuss blockages, the conscious and unconscious mindsets and energies like fear, judgment, perfectionism, etc. that can keep us stuck and prevent us from moving forward in life. Catana shares a lot of her own story and how she was able to keep going and break through many of her own blockages by becoming aware of what they were, being curious, open, and willing to challenge herself and adapt. Learning to love ourselves is key to overcoming those barriers and blockages in our lives."I learned to love myself which is probably the best gift ever because that also unloaded many blocks. I walked through the shadows. I went into those dark spaces of mine from the past that I was afraid to ever talk about and I gave it love and I gave it acceptance because it was about getting me to here; keeping me safe, protecting me. No judgment, no right or wrong. I was learning where I was seeing those as weaknesses and finding the strengths in there."Catana mentioned our mutual friend, Katie, who helped her realize her creativity block with her art for the past few years.Katie loves to help people clear their creative blocks.Connect with Katie through her website:https://clearingthecreative.com/You can purchase "Why Are You Happy?" here:https://clmalinowski.wixsite.com/authorhttps://us.amazon.com/Why-Are-Happy-Catana-Malinowski/dp/B0DPCVBZ8L/#overcomingblockages #catanalmalinowski #whyareyouhappy #lovingyourself #stephuppodcast #challengingourmindset
  • 20. Who Do U Want To Be?

    26:40||Season 3, Ep. 20
    Who do you want to be?In this episode, I keep asking the question "who do I want to be?" Lately, I've been allowing the fear of other people to affect me. But that fear is really an illusion. Because I'm afraid of their opinions and words but ultimately, they cannot scare me unless I let them. Who do I want to be? Do I want to be someone who allows that to keep me stuck?Lately, I've also been feeling the weight of the world. I'm sure many of you can relate. But it doesn't help to take all that feeling on. I've also been in "fight" mode. Trying to force my opinions and beliefs upon others. But that doesn't help anything. I was raised that way and to see anyone outside of us as "the others". Do I want to be that person? No.I was feeling stuck about all this and a friend reminded me to "be more curious". Instead of seeing other people as the enemy or trying to force my own beliefs and opinions on others, I can be more open and learn to ask why other people think and believe as they do. The #1 Law of the Universe is the Law of Divine Oneness. We are all connected and how we show up in the world affects everyone else and it affects us.If we want to learn and grow, we need to be open and curious. That's who I want to be. And who I choose to be moving forward.So who do you want to be? #stephuppodcast #stephanieannwebb #whodoyouwanttobe? #whodoIwanttobe? #bemorecurious
