Stacey, Mason, and Matt begin the episode with the breaking news of Pete Alonso signing with the Baltimore Orioles for five years $155 million. Mason, an Orioles fan, is happy his team landed a big name who has great character and should become a positive influence for the young hitters. Stacey brought up Alonso's transition into the American League East as a possible hurdle. Next, Matt believes the Oklahoma City Thunder can win 76 games, which will break the previous mark of the 2015-16 Golden State Warriors. Stacey thinks they can at least tie the Warriors while Mason is a bit skeptical. Lastly, Stacey, Mason, and Matt share what team in the College Football Playoffs could make a huge splash then make first round predictions including a hilarious moment involving Tulane.

Things are heating up as we journey through December. Stacey, Matt, and Noah react to a stronger possibility of Milwaukee Bucks superstars Giannis Antetokounmpo moving on to another team. Matt pitches the Toronto Raptors as a destination and Noah names the Chicago Bulls. Next, the trio debate if a fourth NBA MVP Award will make Denver Nuggets' NIkola Jokic a top five center of all-time. All three agree he is already on that level but Stacey presents his lone finals appearance as an argument against him. Stacey, Matt, and Noah dive into the college football realm to discuss Lane Kiffin being hired as the head coach for LSU and predict the winners of the SEC, Big Ten, and Big 12 championship games.

Jays and Los Angeles Dodgers. The decision ended in two to one for the Dodgers. The guys picked a MVP, in which Stacey and Mason pitched unlikely names for the Dodgers. In the next segment, Stacey, Mason, and Matt take a dive into the Seattle Mariners' collapse in the ALCS. Stacey and Matt believe cold streaks at the plate were the main factor while Mason cites unlucky pitching rotations. All three believe the Mariners should bring back Josh Naylor and Eugenio Suarez this winter. In the last segment, the trio debate if Kevin Durant is fit to lead a hopeful Houston Rockets team to the NBA Finals. While all three believe Kevin Durant does not need another ring, him becoming a leader will do wonders for his entire legacy.

The 2025-26 NBA season is right around the corner. This season should be one for the ages. Stacey, Matt, and Noah break down the main storylines in each conference. First, they name a western team that can take down the defending champions, Oklahoma City Thunder. Stacey and Noah points to the Denver Nuggets and Matt says the Minnesota Timberwolves. Next, Stacey asks if the Houston Rockets fall early in the playoffs, how much would that hurt the legacy of Kevin Durant. The guys believe Luka Doncic should be the leader of the Los Angeles Lakers going forward. For the east, Stacey, Matt, and Noah discuss the pressure the New York Knicks and Cleveland Cavaliers are under to take over the conference knowing the last two conference champions are down their superstar players.

Noah, Matt, and Mason start the episode with a discussion about the rough start of the Baltimore Ravens. The Ravens are 1-3 and are going through a rash of injuries, including former MVP Lamar Jackson. Mason, a Ravens fan, believes his team can turn it around due to having a lighter schedule. Matt thinks the Ravens can get to .500 to keep hope alive. All three guys points to Derrick Henry as the key. Next, Noah, Matt, and Mason debate which undefeated NFL team (Bills and Eagles) do they trust going forward. All three pick the Eagles. In the last segment, the guys predicted which NL and AL team will make it to the World Series.

The 2025 MLB season is coming down to the wire. The races for playoff seeding is firing on all cylinders. The Milwaukee Brewers, Philadelphia Phillies, and Toronto Blue Jays are at the top of the league. Which one will most likely reach the World Series? Stacey, Matt, and Noah chooses between the three. Next, Stacey is excited about the Green Bay Packers hot start to the season, given he picked them as his team to watch for. Matt and Noah debate if their 2-0 start equates to Super Bowl aspirations. Lastly, the trio talk about what the Cincinnati Bengals should do at QB now that Joe Burrow has been ruled out for three months.

Week one in the NFL was full of action and harsh realities for every team and fan. This episode starts off with Stacey posing the question of a must-win scenario for the Kansas City Chiefs heading into week two versus budding rival, the Philadelphia Eagles. Mason thinks the Chiefs should not worry, while Stacey is proceeding with caution due to their inability to hit big plays down the field. In the last segment, Stacey introduces Boxing onto the show for the first time and invites broadcaster and fellow Syracuse alum, Cedric Derecho to breakdown the big fight between Canelo Alvarez and Terence Crawford.
