Stacey, Matt, and Mason start the episode with discussing the Super Bowl champion, Seattle Seahawks, declining to place a franchise tag on Super Bowl MVP, Kenneth Walker. The trio debate if Walker should be paid as the top running back in the NFL. All three believes the Seahawks should sign him. Next, Stacey, Matt, and Mason try to figure out where Tyreek Hill should sign to next. Stacey and Mason see a Kansas City Chiefs reunion for HIll while Matt thinks no one will sign him this year due to his devastating knee injury. Also, the trio talk about George Pickens' franchise tag situation with the Dallas Cowboys. The episode ends with the guys sharing what teams they are looking out for in the NBA post all-star break.

Matt and Noah are skeptical of how Harden will fit in the Cavaliers' plans giving his age and playoff history. Stacey believes the move will work if Harden accepts a point guard role. All three love this trade for Garland. Next, the trio explores the opportunity the Utah Jazz have to improve now that Jaren Jackson Jr is on the team. All three believe the Jazz can build with their current roster if Jackson fully commits to the team and expects Grizzlies guard Ja Morant to be gone soon. For the last topic, Stacey brings up an article in the Detroit Free Press that calls for the Detroit Pistons to trade for Brooklyn Nets forward Michael Porter Jr. Matt and Noah say this is a must-have, while Stacey has reservations because of the Pistons success during the 2025-26 season.

Mason and Matt think Tucker will fit in well with an already stacked Dodgers team while Stacey says Bichette must have an impact. After Mason exits the podcast, Stacey and Matt tackle the NBA trade deadline starting with listing teams who should go after Sacramento Kings forward Domantis Sabonis and Memphis Grizzlies guard Ja Morant.

Next, Matt believes the Oklahoma City Thunder can win 76 games, which will break the previous mark of the 2015-16 Golden State Warriors. Stacey thinks they can at least tie the Warriors while Mason is a bit skeptical. Lastly, Stacey, Mason, and Matt share what team in the College Football Playoffs could make a huge splash then make first round predictions including a hilarious moment involving Tulane.

Next, the trio debate if a fourth NBA MVP Award will make Denver Nuggets' NIkola Jokic a top five center of all-time. All three agree he is already on that level but Stacey presents his lone finals appearance as an argument against him. Stacey, Matt, and Noah dive into the college football realm to discuss Lane Kiffin being hired as the head coach for LSU and predict the winners of the SEC, Big Ten, and Big 12 championship games.

Stacey and Mason agree that the Atlanta Braves have to make moves while Matt says the Philadelphia Phillies are in need of a big splash. Also, Mason says this year's relievers in free agency is the best he's ever seen. The episode switches gears to the NBA where Stacey ask if the basketball world witnessing the end of Ja Morant's time with the Memphis Grizzlies. Mason believes there is not a wrong answer to trading him while Matt and Stacey agree its time for both sides to part ways. The last topic covers the hot start of the Chicago Bulls. All three guys are impressed with the Bulls but Stacey believes they will fall back down to Earth at some point.

In the next segment, Stacey, Mason, and Matt take a dive into the Seattle Mariners' collapse in the ALCS. Stacey and Matt believe cold streaks at the plate were the main factor while Mason cites unlucky pitching rotations. All three believe the Mariners should bring back Josh Naylor and Eugenio Suarez this winter. In the last segment, the trio debate if Kevin Durant is fit to lead a hopeful Houston Rockets team to the NBA Finals. While all three believe Kevin Durant does not need another ring, him becoming a leader will do wonders for his entire legacy.

    The 2025-26 NBA season is right around the corner. This season should be one for the ages. Stacey, Matt, and Noah break down the main storylines in each conference. First, they name a western team that can take down the defending champions, Oklahoma City Thunder. Stacey and Noah points to the Denver Nuggets and Matt says the Minnesota Timberwolves. Next, Stacey asks if the Houston Rockets fall early in the playoffs, how much would that hurt the legacy of Kevin Durant. The guys believe Luka Doncic should be the leader of the Los Angeles Lakers going forward. For the east, Stacey, Matt, and Noah discuss the pressure the New York Knicks and Cleveland Cavaliers are under to take over the conference knowing the last two conference champions are down their superstar players.
