Even more sad news this week. On November 7th, Frank Bowman, commander of Gemini 7 and Apollo 8 passed away at the age of 95. One of the true greats in space history. Sad news this week, we’ve lost another of our Apollo heroes. Kenneth T. Mattingly, command module pilot of Apollo 16 and commander of STS4 and STS51c has passed away aged 87.
