This week, we talk to Audrey Peterman, a Jamaican activist who played a key role in making a home for BIPOC (Black, Indigenous and People of Colour) in the great outdoors in the United States. Historically, people of colour were not deemed relevant in the Outdoors sector, especially urban people of colour. However, Audrey fought to combat this stereotype and has written extensively on the matter. Frank breaks down the details of what it means to make great food choices, and that it's not all or nothing; you can take many paths towards being more aware of how you eat and what it means. In this episode I try my best.
